RainCity Analytics is a boutique health research consultancy that specializes in the O of HEOR, yet spans a wide range of analytical methods and settings that go well beyond health economics and outcomes research.

At RainCity Analytics, our experts have extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research, regulatory submissions, HTA submissions, and academic research. In addition, we are experienced in global health research and have proven leadership in the development of WHO guidelines.
Steve Kanters, PhD
Founder & CEO
Steve Kanters is the Founder & CEO of RainCity Analytics. He obtained his MSc in Statistics and his PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of British Columbia, and was previously the Director of Research Methods and Statistics at Precision Health Economics
Alana Stilla, MSc
Research Assistant
Alana Stilla is a Research Assistant at RainCity Analytics. She holds an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Ottawa, where she studied the effects of treated HIV infection on immunopathogenesis. She is a versatile, scientific writer with expanding experience in systematic literature reviews and data extraction.
David Wennersbusch, MPP
Research Scientist
David Wennersbusch is a Research Scientist at RainCity Analytics. He holds a Master's in Public Policy from Simon Fraser Univeristy with a background in health policy and previous experience working for health authorities at the provincial and federal levels.
