RainCity Analytics is a boutique health research consultancy that specializes in the O of HEOR, yet spans a wide range of analytical methods and settings that go well beyond health economics and outcomes research.

We fully embrace a positive startup mentality and a modern non-hierarchical approach to business. As such, we embrace change and thinking outside the box, which allows us to be adaptable to our clients' needs and to provide them bespoke health research solutions. Through our fast-paced work environment, we put in the time required to ensure that our work is delivered in a timely manner.

At RainCity Analytics, our experts have extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research, regulatory submissions, HTA submissions, and academic research. In addition, we are experienced in global health research and have proven leadership in the development of WHO guidelines.

Steve Kanters, PhD

Founder & CEO

Steve Kanters is the Founder & CEO of RainCity Analytics. He obtained his MSc in Statistics and his PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of British Columbia, and was previously the Director of Research Methods and Statistics at Precision Health Economics

Eve Limbrick-Oldfield, PhD

Associate Director

Eve Limbrick-Oldfield is the Associate Director at RainCity Analytics. She completed her PhD in Clinical Sciences at Imperial College London and has held academic positions at the University of Cambridge and the University of British Columbia.

Alana Stilla, MSc

Research Assistant

Alana Stilla is a Research Assistant at RainCity Analytics. She holds an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Ottawa, where she studied the effects of treated HIV infection on immunopathogenesis. She is a versatile, scientific writer with expanding experience in systematic literature reviews and data extraction.

Nicole Yeung, BSc

Research Assistant

Nicole Yeung is a Research Assistant at RainCity Analytics. She holds an BSc from the University of Toronto, where she double majored in Statistics and Economics.

Evan Popoff, MSc

Director of Biostatistics

Evan Popoff is the Director of Biostatistics at RainCity Analytics. He has worked as an analyst and leader in HEOR for the past 10 years. Evan completed his MSc in Statistics at the University of British Columbia.

Noor-E Zannat, MA (Econ)

Research Scientist

Noor-E Zannat is a Research Scientist at RainCity Analytics. She is trained as an economist and has experience in all aspects of HEOR.

David Wennersbusch, MPP

Research Scientist

David Wennersbusch is a Research Scientist at RainCity Analytics. He holds a Master's in Public Policy from Simon Fraser Univeristy with a background in health policy and previous experience working for health authorities at the provincial and federal levels.

Michael Zoratti, PhD

Director of Evidence Synthesis

Michael Zoratti is the Director of Evidence Synthesis at RainCity Analytics. He holds an MSc and a PhD in health research methodology from McMaster University and has maintained roles across both academia and the pharmaceutical consulting industry.

Sean Harrigan, MSc

Research Statistician

Sean Harrigan is a Research Statistician at RainCity Analytics with a strong background in epidemiology, data science and statistical expertise, specialising in health outcomes research.

Leah Yang, MBT

Research Assistant

Leah Yang is a Research Assistant at RainCity Analytics. She has a background in public health and data science and holds a Master of Biomedical Technology (MBT) from University of Calgary. She previously worked in the HEOR department at Precision Health Economics.
